Whoa, Day Eight already? Whew, this is totally going WAY too fast. Urgh.
April Nine, 2010
So I slept so hard last night. I woke up this morning at ... umm ... I think nine? Instead of going downstairs in my pjs, I put on some real clothes, which gave me a jump-start on my day. Went downstairs and nom-nom-nomed on some delishus bagels from the BEST bagel shop in town. It was really good. We don't ofen get delishus bagels.
So then I emptied the dishwasher ($5 a week baby!) and went to take care of my neighbor's cat. Woo! After that I came home, vegged (What else is new?), watched T.V. and went into the basement and found a jump rope! So now I'm going to be doing jump-rope. Yay! (Did I mention I'm up to 50 sit-ups? I have abs!) Then I had lunch and went to the library, got some new books, since last night I finished Kitty Kitty. Thank goodness there's going to be another book! I love those books. :)
So anyway, then I did the unspeakable:
I.
Did.
My.
Homework.
That's right. Go ahead and stare. But please, close your mouth. You look like an idiot, drooling like that.
After I did my homework (Actually pretty easy!), I played Wii with my crippled brother who is getting REALLY tired of the crutches/being cooped up in the house. Anyway, we're starting to think his foot is really a fracture instead of a sprain. He still can't put weight on it.
Then my mom and I went on a hike/stair-climbing spree, as usual, and came back to do 50 sit-ups and go to see Date Night, which was an interesting combination of thriller-suspense-action, romance, and comedy--Even weirder was the fact that they actually pulled it off. I liked it and BE SURE TO STAY FOR THE CREDITS BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME HILARIOUS OUT-TAKES! Then we went out for yum-yum burgers at Red Robin, which I adore. My mom and I stopped by TJ Maxx on the way home and I got a riding polo shirt, a ZEBRA SHIRT, which is so AWESOME, and a shirt that says "Grow" and has a tulip on it. It's a Life Is Good shirt and it's going to be PERFECT for Tulip Time!
So now, I must go and do abot 200 sit-ups to work off the heavy burgers from RR. TTYL!
CONNECTIONS (Almost forgot these!)
Emma: Tried to text her. Got no response :(. She told me she finished a short story! I wanna read it!!!
Emily: Wrote on my Wall on FaceBook again! I misses her. :(
Anja: Hahahahaha. Haha. Hahaha. Hahahahahahahaha. Ha. I miss her too. My blonde-friend-who-isn't-really-blonde.
Caitlin: I hope she finishes my book. Doesn't look hopeful though.
*Sigh* Besties, where art thou?!
